"Great location, but my room needed some fixing. Staff booked me a taxi to the train station easily. Air conditioning could have worked better. All that being said, its an old building so I understand."

"Para el prexio que oague estuco muy bueno. La localizacion, la terraza con vista al Acueducto, el desayuno en la manana por solo $10.00 y el personal muy atento. Mucha de la decoración no es moderna pero es algo que es consono con el lugar medieval. Me quedaria otra vez si volviera a Segovia."

"The hotel was beautiful and so was the grounds. Terrace was a nice feature in the room. After walking around Madrid, the tub was a nice feature. Comfortable beds, helpful staff. Bus stops are easily accessible from hotel."

"Last of us meets Sponge Bob. The hotel was wonderful for us but not for the usual reasons. The place had a nautical theme with an interesting galley/rooms/dining area. The place seemed empty but there were people checking in and out periodically. The staff was excellent--completely helpful, willing to accommodate where possible, all in all around some of the best we experienced in Spain. The odd parts to the building-- the nautical sitting room which had no one in it, The Gym was included was across abridge--oddly enough the Spa was closed so no one is in the whole building. Gym was fine for a work out but during daylight only as I don't think the shower/locker area had power. In a few places there were beer bottles/wine bottles that were not cleared away, god only knows how long they were there. This added to the experience in the eeriness quotient of the place, but not in a creepy or scary way. The dining room was interesting. the breakfast was good. The bar/tavern is closed, but looked cool in a Long John silver way. All told, this place seemed lost in time, run down around the edges, but speaking of better days. We loved it, but not everyone will."
