This place is extremely well located. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Directions to get there by car was very difficult to find. Make sure you message your plate number every time you cross the ztl camera. Nearby escalators to reach the top is very helpful. Staff was good

Room was clean. Excellent service. As with most cities in Italy, this is slightly in ZTL zone so had to park, walk up hill, check in, walk back down hill, and move car. The hostess helps you register rental car for the ZTL so you can park closer. To see main Sienna, there is an escalator nearby so you can ride to the top.

Great location right inside the gated city. Convenient parking for €20/night right at side of studio apartment. Super easy check in process at arrival. Beautiful outdoor space for morning coffee and great views! The property is right next to the escalators which take you up to the walled city. From there you can explore the Piazza, Duomo, Clock Tower, amazing shops and restaurants. What a great time and we can’t wait to come back!

Simona who hosted us was excellent. Be patient getting to the property because GPS does not get you there directly, however, if you can locate the escalator to Siena city square, it’s only steps from our accommodation. The proximity to the escalator makes this property an absolute 10, plus the amenities, and the attention to details from the host.
