Cozy cabin sleeps 4
Walking distance from Famous Bimbos Octagon. It has a partial lake view, but is not located on the water. Close water access nearby. 2 miles from beautiful McCarthy beach state park. Easy access to chain of 5 lakes. Great for recreation, fishing, boating and 3 nearby restaurants. Also easy access to snowmobile trails. 18 hole disc golf course within 1 mile.
Fully stocked cabin with everything you need to relax. Refrigerator/Freezer, electric stove, microwave, outdoor BBQ grill, dishes, cookware, towels, bedding, TV, DVD Player, games ( located in the ottoman ) fire pit. Sorry no WiFi available at this location.

We stayed here while we were in the area for a curling tournament in Hibbing. It wasn't a bad drive to and From Hibbing, and it was easy to find. The house was perfect for us. Everything was great. I highly recommend.

The cabin was a little on the cold side but it was -4 degrees outside. Also, some blankets had dog hair unfortunately some of us were allergic to dogs which the owner did not know about. Overall very nice and clean cabin. We have family in Side Lake so we knew the area well.

We love the house! Great location for traveling to Voyageurs. McCarthy State Park is great for relaxing. Everyone needs to try Bimbo's Octagon. Emily was very easy to communicate with and very helpful!!

Surprised at how stocked it was. Would not have needed our bedding or cookware that we packed. Beds and sofa were super comfortable. Was disappointed that it was not on the lake. Pictures of the cabin showed lake side veiw. Firepit area was amazingOverall it was a great stay

Great location reasonably priced cabin has everything you need

Title says it all. Host was excellent communicator. This area is so worth a visit and the chain of lakes this cabin is close to is amazing. Bring your kayaks. This cabin is a great in expensive option for people. We rented a Ponton from Pine Resort. Kim is the owner of Pine resort and she is also great.

Wonderful. We stayed here several years ago and were so happy to be able to come back and for it to be just as wonderful as the first time! Great for little ones (our daughter is 19 months and had a great time). They even left s'more fixing out for us! So incredibly sweet! We’ll be back.

Cute little cabin

My husband, myself, and our kids stayed here for a weekend trip. The cabin is cozy, was clean, and has plenty of sleeping space for small groups. I prefer a more remote location, but for having neighbors all around and being right next to the road, it was very quiet and peaceful. Emily was very responsive to any questions I had and is a great host. I would definitely go back!

Perfect getaway

We could not have asked for a better stay. Emily had everything we needed at the cabin which made packing so easy. She pointed us to Kim at a local resort to rent a pontoon so we could enjoy the beautiful lakes. The location was perfect, we walked to side lake store and bimbos octagon, we explored the state park, and made the short trip to the bear sanctuary. We would recommend this place to any family looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. Thank you Emily!

Went aurora chasing on last minute with my parents while on vacation. Live in Minneapolis and wanted to go north, and this was the “closest” cabin to the north shore…😂. (Per Google). But the price was unbeatable and we really only needed sky view. We loved it! Relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. I typically can’t use hotel beds/pillows and feel rested, and the quality of the amenities was A Biggest downside? The Lakeside Inn where we ate had a horrible menu, so after 1 attempt there, we stuck to food we got from the grocery store and cooked ourselves.
