Outstanding. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I've been all over the world. The hotel room was perfect but what shined was the impeccable service. The Boston Harbor Hotel had an amazing staff who were personable, always available and willing to assist in any way. Truly a gem.

water was cold when showering , toilet paper holder was half on the wall. when i arrived they did not have the keys to my room yet. calling front desk did nothin because no one worked answer.

One of the cleanest rooms I had stayed in, in a very long time. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It was also quiet and you could not hear your neighbors. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
