Shriners Hospital for Children Tours and Activities

Great building, and dtn location.... I was overcharged on my final invoice and couldn't get anyone to return a call for days. Then magically i was partially refunded but a debate occurred because i was looking for the all of the $15 daily amenities that were NOT accounted for on my "final" invoice. I had fortunately taken pics of my invoices from the bar which were put on my rooms tab, but oddly those invoices disappeared from my final invoice...(very strange accounting) I have a corrected final invoice, but a week later i have not been refunded. Refunding money owed to a client when over billed seems to be an issue beyond the The Heathman staff's current abilities..........

The staff was very accommodating.

Centrally located downtown within walking distance to various attractions, including Powell’s Books (of course), The Portland Art Museum and the farmer’s market on the campus of Portland State. Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, lively lobby bar and good complimentary coffee by the registration area. Valet parking was also solid. We enjoyed our stay.
