There were ticks in the restroom and a dead bug under the desk. The mattress was probably 20+ years old. The staff was very nice though.

For this price and the age of the building its very nice. Clean room great A/C. You can park right at your door. The best option in shreveport without spending double the money for a New hotel. The gentleman at check in was very nice

This was an old property in need of updating terribly. Get the carpet out of the room! staff were friendly and room was clean. Good size refrigerator and convenient access to car. Bathroom needed updating also but it was clean.

Decent place, nothing too fancy, but OK value for what you pay for. A few shady people around though, and the wifi did not work at all during my stay.
