Loved the quietness. Very relaxing and close to the Ticonderoga ferry on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side. The owners are very nice. Serves a fabulous breakfast every morning. Has a bar on property as it is a pub and offers food only Thursday to Sunday for an extra cost for those staying at the Inn and some locals in the area. The area is rural and lots of dairy farms in the area. There is an Exxon Mobil station less than a mile away that is quite large. You can also get food there. There is also a local Hardware Store and Dollar General Store.

Inn that opened in 1800- is quite the experience. Awesome! Our room is spacious, and very clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Our private bathroom is spacious, updated, well lighted. Only downside in the main Inn building is the steep staircase which is the original from 1800. Large piece of yummy fudge awaits the guests in each bedroom. The Pub has a complete bar and limited, delicious food offerings. The breakfast included in price of room- is delicious as well. Kevin and Scott are gracious hosts. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Scott and Kevin are excellent hosts and do everything to make your stay great. The breakfast was great each day and enjoyed the bar at night. Rooms very clean and accommodating. The only reason it didn’t get a 5 star rating in all areas was the hot water in the rooms was not very hot, but showers were good, just brisk!
