"The property is well materialized in marketing but it's not what you get when you check in. First, there is a missing towel. And the property management stated that we’re lying. Can you believe that you're paying for a thousand and you're being accused of stealing one towel? Second, it takes five days to resolve this issue. Why? Because you keep going back and forth with the issue. Third, a washing machine listed in the unit. We can't even use it, the management have to respond about this....
