Overall the room is clean and staff friendly. Only thing - no pots in the kitchen though there is a hot plate and not sure if the plate/bowl are mircowave friendly.

Overall was good value. A large mall next door made it very convenient and then a short walk to a range of restaurants that were very chic and trendy. The room had some very good elements including a washing machine. Overall good value

Rooms were very old and dirty looking. The worst is the toilet and bath drainage w/c was also my problem before. It floods when you take a bath;( No phone in the room w/c shld be a very basic need. No iron nor iron board, no utensils to ise for cooking, it wld be a shame to bring my friends from US unless they improve rooms.

I stayed here because it’s very conveniently located across the street from the mall, I like the location and the staff is incredibly friendly, especially the front desk, girl, but I forgot her name but she helped me figure out My itinerary and troubleshoot some travel issues. The only complaint I have is that my room was not very clean, I wish that they had wiped down the surfaces. It was very clear that they have not been wiped down, also the TV remote needed new batteries. For the price and the location I think that this is totally fine and I would stay here again.

The staff and the concierge was pleasantly accommodating and helpful. They make us welcome and assisting us. Looking forward to staying at this place again.

Rooms assigned to me was very dirty looking and smelling, even after they changed my room. Had to call for service every single day as shower floor is flooding whenever I take a bath on top of the dirty looking bath floor. I had called pluming service several times for poor toilet flushing. It has been the same problem we had when we checked in several yrs ago. No Ironing to use, they have a stove but no cooking utensils. Complementary water is not sealed bottle.

Service is good. Ample amenities. The gym is kinda small. The cons is there are only 2 elevators and the day of my stay only one is working due to maintainance so it is pretty inconvenient. Location is also good since it is next to SM Aura

We just have terrible bad luck experience in this hotel . Not I was expected. Lots of trouble we experienced in this hotel . Not worthed to explain . My hope that you have a different experience as much to ours . I’m sad that I can’t recommend this one .

Security team provides top notch service. O2 Roof top bar provides a great view of the city. Pool is nice however pool staff are not as accommodating. Towels can’t leave the pool area and also absolutely NO food and beverages by or in the pool….. this includes alcoholic beverages.

Our stay was good, the only issue we had was that the residence at BCCT did not get confirmation of our stay from Expedia. Our reservation never showed up in their system. This was at least about 6/7 days after booking, There was no information about our booking on their system. As a result, the 2nd day of our stay, 3 people came to our room genuinely wondering… why we were still Not checked out of the hotel and if we were going to extend our stay. Which was really upsetting, it made us feel like we were some squatters. Once again, I had to show them our 2 days hotel confirmation and payment with the Expedia app. So please Expedia … resolve this issue and send your confirmation to them asap to avoid this issue.

Initially, we checked into Rm 1805 and it smelled like urine. We then moved to Rm 2012. The room smelled great until we realized that whomever prepared the room just sprayed some temporary scent to mask a lingering odd odor in the room. The place has a great location next to SM Aura, but I doubt I’d book here again.
