"東京から11月にデラックスツイン2泊しました。外気温は7度。寒かったので部屋のエアコン温度を上げて就寝。しかし寒く、夜中に何度も目覚め、最高温の28度、最強風速に設定。ところが、まったく効かず、パジャマを２枚重ね着して、靴下をはいてなんとか眠りました。 翌朝、フロントに追加の毛布をお願いしたところ、バスタオルが届き「毛布追加はおこなっておりません。空調も全館一括管理なので、各部屋のエアコンはききません」との事。 寒さを訴えたところ「送風機の空きがあれば、貸せる」との返事。２日目は送風機の温風で眠る事ができましたが、お陰様で夫婦とも風邪をひきました。 無料送迎バスも１時間に1本のみ。乗り遅れてタクシーを使いましたら、JR郡山駅から3400円かかりました。遠方からの宿泊を検討されている方は、御注意される事をオススメします。"

"Tucked away above the bar/cafe, this onsen was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very traditional in the Japanese style, and we had access to the entire area as we were the only guests staying on that night. The staff were completely lovely and helpful. The showers and toilets were well kept and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk around and explore Koyasan. Definitely worth a visit!"

"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The cleanliness and service/staff are excellent. The hotel has a shuttle service that takes you to the train station. Unfortunately, it only runs until the afternoon. The connection to Kyoto is okay. The natural surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and you can be in the forest in a few minutes. This hotel is perfect for people who want to get away from the big cities."
