"This is our 2nd year coming and fully enjoy it. This place has more then enough room for my husband and me, my four boys and their families, a total of 21 people to all have our space but also be together. Very clean, love the kitchen. No complaints except having to check out by 10:00am."

"Everything was super wonderful during our stay at this quaint little place. We had no issues and everything was clean and tidy. The place was at the perfect location and was very private for us. Beds were comfortable and the place had a very cozy feeling. Seeing the lighthouse out the windows was a perfect viee! If my husband and I get back up that way, we will definitely book again here!! "The pictures online depicting the property were very deceiving. The structure was completely covered in 2-to-3-foot weeds and trees. Most of the windows you can’t even see out of because the weeds are so tall. The property is not well kept at all. There are decorative things that are broken in the yard and a lawnmower just left in the front yard. The property inside was OK but not very clean, dirty vents, dust, cobwebs with bugs hanging from the ceilings and fixtures. When we went to use the grill, we were shocked to see a nest and mice living in it. Overall, the property looks like the owner does not care and it is very unkempt. I don’t believe there is a cleaning company because when we arrived, the host was there, and said she was just finishing up cleaning. She had a giant Great Dane dog with her, and it was sitting on the couch and left slobber on it along with dog slobber on the glass doors. The only good thing I will say about the property was the view was beautiful, and it was a well stocked kitchen and enough linens. Overpriced for the condition of the property. I would not recommend this property to anyone who wants a clean and welcoming place to stay. "
