Nice family unit, good for family of five. The unit includes a small kitchen and one bedroom. Close to port and town center with few minutes drive. Parking was convenient, right across the door.

We liked the location of the Tides, an easy walk to restaurants and other things in Seward. The check in was easy using a code provided by staff. The only significant problem was a strong odor in our room. The room appeared to be perfectly clean but the musty/maybe moldy odor was very bad. We tried airing it out, made coffee and popcorn in the hopes of hiding it, and purchased a deodorizing spray, but it persisted. We got used to it after a while in the room but if we left and our lungs got fresh air we came back to the strong smell.

Pete reached out to us proactively at check-in and helped us get settled in. The building and room are dated, but it was comfortable and accommodated our party of 5. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Neu renoviertes kleines Motel. Große Zimmer mit einer vollen Küche. Super zentral gelegen und man könnte direkt davor parken. Wir hatten den code nicht per Mail bekommen, aber ein kurzer Anruf und schon könnten wir ins Zimmer.
