When we got there we were pleasantly surprised by the decor, which was in the photos, but we had rushed past. It was a great place to stay! We ran out of propane while Lona was at work, but she was able to get us going again very quickly. Lona is very friendly and a very good host. What a great place to stay! If you're looking to get a sense for the wildlife in SE Alaska, this place will surely help. It's also fully stocked, very comfortable and the hosts are incredibly kind and gracious. Our only regret is that we couldn't spend more time there. Lona and her husband have put a lot of work into making it a great experience. Lona is very friendly and helpful.
