Vous vous sentirez complètement à l'aise dans cet appartement de 2 chambres avec mezzanine, 2 cabines de bain. Situé à quelques minutes du cœur de Pigeon Forge, le Black Bear Lodge se trouve dans une belle station balnéaire, à quelques pas de la piscine extérieure et du spa à service complet. Le salon spacieux est un lieu de rassemblement pour la famille et les amis. Regardez un film sur le téléviseur à écran plat 50 pouces, jouez à certains des jeux de société fournis ou défiez quelqu'un à une partie de billard sur la table de billard. Préparez un repas dans la cuisine dotée d'un îlot pour plus de comptoir et de sièges. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur (avec machine à glaçons), four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière standard et Keurig. Il y a des places pour 7 à la table à manger. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher au niveau principal. Les deux disposent de lits Queen, réveil avec ports USB et une télévision 32 pouces. Ce niveau offre également une salle de bain avec un combo baignoire / douche et une pile laveuse / sécheuse. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une suite parentale spacieuse dotée d'un lit king-size, d'un réveil avec ports USB, d'un bain à remous et d'une salle de bains séparée avec douche à l'italienne. Cette suite comprend également un coin salon avec canapé, fauteuil inclinable, télévision à écran plat 32 pouces et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Que vous vous détendiez sur le perron couvert, sur le gril à gaz ou que vous vous délassiez dans le bain à remous isolé, cette maison est une escapade idéale. Cabin was amazing only thing is it could use a good deep cleaning but it wasn't bad just a lot of dust and cobwebs. Location was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed for our large group coming in for the weekend.

Great location with a great view. Parking is perfect for larger vehicles. The interior of the cabin is dated and needs a deep clean. Lots of dust and the flooring is deteriorating in a few places from water damage. We ended up buying our own chlorine for the hot tub to get rid of the cloudy water and foul smell. A little TLC could make this a 5 star cabin.

Cabin was cozy with enough room. We enjoyed our stay. It could use some updating, additions and minor repairs- new cookware (frying pans are very worn), upstairs shower handle fixed, Wii Sport game was missing, floor mats in bathrooms, dish towels, porch nails that are high- snagged my pants, one of the Keurig machines (larger) was not working right, and updated games in cabinet. There is construction going on which meant early morning jack hammer next door one morning. We had a great stay all together/ just could use some TLC.

Black Bear Lodge

The Black Bear Lodge was clean and a perfect fit for our family. This cabin was easy to find and access with ample parking for the 2 vehicles we brought. The location is idea for those who want to be out of town but close at the same time. Pigeon Forge was just a few short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacay

We enjoyed our stay. A little dated, but beautiful cabin. We could see fireworks from Dollywood each night from our window in the loft. Very nice layout. Door dash and Ubereats had no problem finding and delivering to the cabin. The hot tub was nice to sit in after long days adventuring in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view

We visited from Missouri and had an amazing time! The cabin was clean and everything was as described. The kitched came stocked with everything that you would need if you chose to cook while there. I brought extra towels, cleaning supplies, and trash bags just in case they were needed. The view was amazing! And the fireworks were an added bonus to see at night!

Just perfect

Everything we needed for a weekend trip! The cabin wasn’t too close to surrounding ones. There seems to be construction going on at the moment around the house so you can see it off the porches. The view was still great! Wasn’t far from town, and just a few bad curves to the cabin.

Needs some repairs outside but inside was beautiful. Location a little scary as no one around and very dark. Wish someone would repair pool area, could be very very nice.

Comfortable Cabin

There are many things we liked about this cabin. It is an older cabin but well maintained. The living area had plenty of comfortable sitting. A rarity in the cabins we have stayed in. There are three separate sleeping areas. Beautiful views. Fair rates. Our only negative is that we got there before the window cleaners did. Made enjoying the views a little more difficult. We hope to stay there again.

Mardi Gras Escape

The cabin was as described and accommodated 4 adults and 1 child very comfortably. It was conveniently located to town. Only complaint is cleanliness - or lack thereof. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, razor in the bathroom floor, trash in a bedroom can, full trash can on porch, no extra linens for sleeper sofa, upstairs had not been vacuumed … I called to report it and they offered to send someone out to take care of it. I declined the offer because we wanted to leave to go sightsee. I had read reviews regarding the same and hopefully management will address.

Good overall

I want to start by saying this property is very nice and a great location. Property could use some TLC. Needs a good clean there were cobwebs In several corners, lights that bulbs were blown, and rugs that were very worn. The rental agreement stated that all beds as well as pull out couches would have linens provided, we looked in all the closest and drawers and could never find any for the pullouts only pillows with no covers and main beds didn’t have fitted sheets. It’s just the little things that would make this property better. As a short term property owner myself, we have found that the smallest touches take a property from good to great.

Location and View A+

Smooth check in. A couple of issues that got resolved quickly. I called the office and the personnel was so helpful and nice. We were there for Christmas and called ahead to make sure the house had a Christmas tree and was told it was "fully decorated for Christmas." Well, not a tree, garland, or a wreath on the door. We were beyond disappointed. But after calling they came up and put a small tree up. The house was fairly clean but the foldout couches were undesireable so my 2 sons had to sleep on the couches folded. I also never found the sheets for the foldout couches. There were blankets thrown in the closet that did not smell freshly washed. But we had brought some blankets and pillows. We had 6 adults and 2 children. So, without the foldout couches 3 couples could comfortably sleep. The house was big enough that we had plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped, hot tub in great location, bathrooms/showers were nice, and pool table was a great add on. Bring extra tissue/paper towels. Overall, I have had better experiences but this was about a 3/4.

What a great place to stay

What a great place to stay. Everything was just as discribed. the only problem we has was the batteries were missing from some of the TV remotes. We got some at the grocery store when we went shopping and the handle for the upstairs shower was loose it still worked just needs a quick tightening. other than that the place was amazing with a great view! we all enjoyed our stay.
