Fabulous location. Beautiful property. Lots of additional extras like games room, massive dvd collection and player in room for those of us from across the pond that can’t easily access Netflix etc. particularly enjoyed the selection of home made baked goods on offer. Really nice to come back to a cuppa and a piece of cake in the afternoon, or whenever you feel like it. Varied breakfast menu each day, always delicious. Loads of extra space for wandering around and a barn with table tennis for wet days (though a little walk down the track from main house). Would definitely come back and explore here again.

Staying at Berry Springs is like staying with family. I stated I hated the my soft room mattress after she inquired. She showed me two other ground level rooms that contained firmer mattresses for next time. Will act on the info when I stay again. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is great, afternoon/evening desserts, beverages & snacks, also dvds & board games are available, or just sit/rock on the back porch & admire the view. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere &/or have pleasant interactions with other guests. We will definitely be returning again.

We absolutely love this place! We stayed here twice and I even recommended this place to my family, which they have stayed here and loved it. It is so cozy, quiet, and clean! The staff is amazing. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Worth every penny!! We will be booking this location again.

The staff here were so accommodating and friendly! They made a full breakfast to order every morning and a different dessert each day for the guests. The rooms were fantastic and they allowed us to extend our stay last minute and upgraded us to a room with a Mountain View and a hot tub! 10/10 will be back!
