The staff was quick to respond to requests and inquiries, and were able to get us what we needed. It is a guesthouse though so don't expect a full service hotel. Very convenient location to walk to attractions and super easy to hop onto the subway. There are a lot of food open at night around and can hear people karaoke but not noisy. The host is nice and there is only stairs for reference.
