The accommodations were top notch. Space is overlooking the city and the Seoul Tower. Windows surrounded the place and was close to anything you could need . Susan the host was very accommodating and communicated with us through out for any questions. Thank you for hosting our family and making our trip an amazing experience.

It's a large apartment but only two bedrooms and weird floorplan. Bathroomms are furthest away from the bedrooms and huge empty living room.Only one remote controller for 5 AC units, which wasn't comfortable especially at night. View is amazing but if you sleep in the living room be ready for a lot of sun from sunrise. The bedrooms only sleeps 4 people, 5th person will have to be in the living room, on a folding sofa. Location is ok, there's coffee, food, grocery downstairs and transportation is easy. Not a lively area though.

Stayed here with my family during our trip. The airport bus stop is right in front of the building, which made getting here with luggage very easy. The subway station is also within walking distance. The location was great for getting around Seoul. It was easy to reach places like Seoul Station and Myeongdong. The night view from the room was nice and we could see Namsan Tower in the distance. At first the washing machine looked a bit small, but it worked fine for our stay. There is also a laundry room in the building, which was convenient. The park in front of the building was better than we expected. We stopped by one morning and enjoyed a short walk. It was quiet and relaxing. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

The apartment is very large and allowed our family of five to have space when needed. The location is excellent, close to everything by easy walking or public transport (Metro and buses). Views from the 32nd floor are amazing and we enjoyed watching the city wake up every morning and then keep going in the evening. Great energy from being in the heart of the city. A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great trip to Seoul and really enjoyed this apartment. It is very clean and in a great building and general location. The apartment was just as described and we had everything we needed. We had a little bit of trouble accessing the instruction documents and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The moment I walked in, I was completely blown away by the amazing, panoramic view of central Seoul right at my feet! Looking down at the stunning cityscape through the large windows was incredible during the day, and the night view was pure magic. This view alone makes the stay worth every penny. The sheer scale and layout of this place are phenomenal. It was originally a massive 3-bedroom apartment, but it has been brilliantly renovated to connect one of the rooms into the living area. This clever modification creates an incredibly wide-open, bright, and expansive living room with an unmatched sense of openness. Thanks to the generous size of this large luxury apartment, our group could relax in ultimate comfort without ever feeling cramped. Everything inside was spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and meticulously maintained. It is incredibly rare to find a place in Seoul that offers this amount of premium, spacious living combined with such a jaw-dropping aerial view of the city center. Cleanliness, location, and the host's attention to detail are all a perfect 10/10. I am without a doubt staying here again on my next trip to Seoul. Highly recommended!

The apartment has a great view and a convenient location. The space itself was comfortable and met our needs during our stay. However, the overall experience felt more restrictive than welcoming. There were numerous reminders and rules throughout the stay, including multiple messages before check-out regarding cleaning, utility usage, garbage disposal, departure procedures, and even reminders to remain silent when leaving the building. We were told that if the utility bill was high, we could be charged for AC usage, and if the place wasn't left tidy enough, there could also be additional fees. While we understand the importance of respecting the property and neighbors, the constant reminders made us feel as though we were walking on eggshells rather than relaxing on vacation. We are respectful and responsible travelers and always take care of the places we stay. The repeated emphasis on rules, potential charge, and departure instructions created the impression that guests are viewed with caution rather than trust. It felt as though previous negative experiences may have influenced the host's approach, but unfortunately that atmosphere carried over to our stay. Overall, the property's view and location are definite strengths, but the host communication style made the experience feel less comfortable and hospitable than it could have been. Travelers who prefer a more carefree experience, a hotel may be a better option, where amenities like air conditioning are included.

Upon arrival I failed to receive instructions on how to enter the property. it was hot, just got off our flight, and had to wait to until the instructions came in. we also did not have instructions on the alarm for the door, so immediately it went off, and as i do not speak korean we struggled to turn it off for about 10 minutes and it was blaring loud. inside the unit it is very lovely and spacious for seoul. unfortunately the fridge did not work either. there are fees for leftover trash, unclean unit upon exiting, and for early and late exit. in korea, you can not dispose of your trash on sundays, so you must do it the other days of the week. my check out was on sunday and i thought i could dispose it in the trash room but you can not. instead we decided to accept defeat and pay the trash fee, but the cleaning crew ended up just leaving my trash on the street. if i knew of this option i would have done it to avoid a trash fee lol. can’t win them all. also, dont overuse the a/c and water. there is a fee for that too. i enjoyed the area and unit but not the fee after fee after fee. this was my first time in korea, and the area was definitely safe, near a bus stop, and has many small business below it.
