Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning till the end. The facilities were great but the truly outstanding part of our stay was the service culture with all the staff being extremely courteous and helpful! Will definitely stay again!!!

This hotel is incredible! We were treated so well. The staff is very helpful and there is a lot of attention to detail. The bar is so beautiful with a great view and live music. We also had dinner there and the food was amazing. Building is very modern and the rooms are exceptional. Would definitely return!

This was truly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! For the price, the service/food/amenities are incredible. Every staff member was so welcoming, polite and helpful! They were a highlight on our trip to Seoul! The location is perfect for exploring the city - close access to the subway and walkable to lots of fun places! I also got a body scrub and massage and highly reccomend this - you will not regret it!! Make sure to check out their amazing 1914 lounge and bar as well, the drinks and views are truly unbeatable! I would reccomend getting a room with the state view as well :) If you’re coming to Seoul, you MUST book this hotel! You won’t regret it :) Thank you to everyone at Josun palace for an amazing stay! We will be back soon!
