Basically my gym shoes were “too dirty” to get inside. ABSURD! 20 years travelling the world in any kind of hotel and never heard something like that! Shoes that were always been used indoor, so no mud or else. I called the hotel manager and he arrived with other 2 people, didn’t say anything. Just watching in silence. I was complaining a lot and no reply from him, no apologies no anything! They simply didn’t care. This hotel is absolutely obscene and they offer a hostel service. I’ll never return there even if they give me the room for free.
