the front desk staff were great to my elderly parents in assisting them with luggage storage while they traveled different cities. they helped them with the interment connections and various other minor task. exceptional service and the location is top notch. few steps away from myeongdong street and all of the subways exits. My family stayed here since 2024 and it always have been superb.

I had an excellent stay and was extremely satisfied with everything about this hotel! The location was absolutely fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and major attractions. What I especially appreciated was how spacious the room was. There was plenty of space to comfortably store and organize all our luggage without feeling crowded, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Korea. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable room in an unbeatable location in Seoul!
