The receptionist insisted that we are not booked in their system, and therefore, was sent over to a much uglier and uncomfortable hotel nearby. This disrupted our first sightseeing day as we had to pack our luggage again to transfer back to Hotel Icon. I would highly recommend this hotel for the elevator facility and the locality within 10 minutes walk to food and subway station at budget hotel price. The one thing it can improve on is the hot water shower. Für das geld ist die unterkunft echt in Ordnung. Frühstück ist etwas spartanisch und nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Die dusche war auch etwas komisch, da es nur einen duschkopf gab und man sich neben dem klo stehend und den duschkopf haltend duschen musste. Very small rooms with fairly uncomfortable beds, but good value for the price.
