Very close to the bus stop and railway station, and convenient store. However, aircon was not working, lift was not working and we have to climb up to level 5 with all the luggage. It's cheap but clean if a little scruffy so works for someone on a tight budget who doesn't mind appearances. It's close to a lot of attractions in Seoul and it is even possible to walk to Yeoido and Hangang river from there. One thing I would say is that lone female travelers might need to be a little wary. Not a problem with the hotel in of itself but maybe because of the low cost the type of guests it attracts. I was propositioned a couple of times by another guest which did make me a little uneasy. There is mold in the bathroom, and the bathtub cannot be used. The painting is in poor condition, and there is no Wi-Fi at all. There are also safety concerns. No motel sign is visible outside. You will see. There is no motel sign at all. I spent about 30 minutes looking for it. It's bare bones, but it's affordable, convenient to the local subway station (a short trip from several of Seoul's touring sites), and affordable. The front desk situation is hands-off, but the proprietor reaches out to me for check-in and came out to assist me when I couldn't find the hotel. I tried to Google Map the location and had a hard time, so I'll leave directions herebin case they're helpful to someone in the future. Exit the station at Lotte Department store (or Exit 6), turn left. The entrance to the building is just past the animal hospital, and the hotel is on the fourth floor.
