A kind lady on duty there spoke in Korean to the person in charge at the reception - which was not regularly manned. Before, he had pretended not to understand the word "wifi". She spoke to him and, when I went back to the hotel, I was given a new bedroom, and, there, I was able to use my computer without problems. During the night I had a serious problem, because there was a continuous surround noise, which began around 10.00 p.m.: no way of sleeping. I did not understand what was going on.
