Located in Séniergues in the Lot, this 200 m² house welcomes up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped private kitchen features a coffee machine and filter coffee maker. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a private TV, fan, washing machine, dedicated workspace, private barbecue, and views of the countryside and distant mountains. Families will find a baby cot, private high chair, and toys and books for children available.  
  
Relax in the private garden and on the spacious open terrace—perfect for breakfast with a view or evening barbecues, all set in the heart of the Lot.  
  
Two to three parking spaces are available on site. Up to 3 pets are welcome in the fully fenced area. Events are allowed on the terrace for up to 25 people. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Self check-in is possible.  
  
This unique stone house, built over centuries, showcases the Lot’s heritage architecture. Spread over several floors, bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. Located at the edge of a small village of 132 residents, next to a fortified 12th-century church (the bell may ring), the house offers privileged access to the region’s historical and cultural heritage, as well as the unspoiled nature of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, a UNESCO Global Geopark.
