« The beds were extremely uncomfortable, we could feel the springs of the mattress. The pillow wasn’t much better, very high and hard. One TV was stuck in the corridor which was furnished as a living room. The only basin in the bathroom was miniature and was impossible to wash 2 hands at a time let alone brush your teeth. No basic condiments in the kitchen: no tea, sugar or salt. »

« Terrible experience. The apartment was in poor condition, and the entire building was filthy, with pigeon droppings and feathers everywhere — impossible to avoid, even inside the flat. The building itself was under construction, which was never disclosed beforehand. The shower was broken — every time we used it, water leaked heavily and flooded the entire bedroom. Communication with the host was awful: our messages before arrival were ignored, and once we arrived at the address, we were denied...

« Great customer service. Zzzing staff were always available to assist via WhatsApp. Unit was very clean. More than enough towels and toilet paper. They even left us water and oils and salt in case we needed it. Location was perfect. Cafes, shops and sights were just steps away. Bed was very comfortable. However, the unit was very cold during the day and hot at night. Hot water runs out in the shower often and there were mosquitoes. Possibly because of the time of year (April). Otherwise beautiful...

« Property was interesting and comfortable, however, for people with mobility issues I would not recommend it, too many steps. The property needs a mirror near an electrical plug so one can dry hair. No electric shaving ability. It’s a good location if the weather is hot. It’s a bit of a walk from the centre of activities, but not far. Overall, comfortable and pretty well equipped. »
