Conveniently located but room is small
This hotel is located within a high rise. The location is not exactly closed to Sendai station but aobadori station which is still convenient. The room is however pretty small. The bathroom has hardly any counter space, or electric outlet. One has to dry hair from the writing desk. Bathroom can store a few items on some narrow glass shelves. We stayed for two nights in February. Outside temperature is cold but inside of the hotel is hot. The temperature control seems not blowing cool air quick enough. The best way to cool down is to open the curtain and let the outside temperature cools down the room via the window glass. The breakfast was good. Stayed there two days and they did not serve the exact same food. We could taste some local specialities. Public bath was fine as well.

It was alright
The washroom wasn’t cleaned when I arrived. The air conditioning didn’t function at night. Other than that the staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is a 4-star by name, but I have had better experiences with a 3-star hotel.

My overall stay was good. The staff were helpful and kind. You do have to cover up tattoos for the public bath on the property. The room was clean only one thing (lantern) was dusty. I would stay here again. It was in walking distance to convince stores, restaurants and only 15 min walk from Sendai station.

The hotel is the best place to stay in Sendai, if you want to walk this shopping area. Subway station and shopping arcade are just 5minutes from the hotel. Laundromat is locates top floor.

Actually, the room where you stayed is a compact room in our hotel called Standard Double Room and the bed size is a semi double bed. The room size is 16.5.We also have Moderate Queen Room (18.5) for one bed room and the biggest room is Executive room(37), which is twin bed room. Sendai Visit
Stayed here many times and very convenient with nice rooms and large bathrooms (for Japanese standards). Staff are very pleasant and efficient Many great restaurants nearby but on my last 7 day stay decided to eat at the Italian restaurant at the hotel which is excellent with a decent wine selection. A great relaxing way to end a busy day

部屋は機能的で使いやすいです。ただ、禁煙の部屋なのに、タバコのような、体臭のような匂いが気になりました。 空気清浄機をかけたのですが、匂いを完全に排除できませんでした。 また、バスルームは一見きれいに見えますが、見えにくい溝に埃、髪などの汚れがありました。 お部屋の脱臭に工夫していただけたら、さらによいと思います。

Regarding the temperature in your room, we deeply regret that It was not a proper tenmperature setting at this time and we do apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you during your stay. As for our air conditioning system, since it is centrally controlled, it can be a challenge to adjust to all customer's confort when the temperature difference is quite extreme. However, we will pay closer attention to the weather changes and make sure to adjust the temperature in order to provide our guests a comfortable stay. NOISY emergency sirens at night no sleep
The room is modern and appeared clean but when we were ready to sleep we found the comforter/blanket they sheets were dirty. They quickly changed this out for us but for a hotel rated so highly you don’t expect to find dirty sheets. At night there are AMBULANCE SIRENS going off all night. We couldn’t sleep and stayed here for 2 nights. It was so loud and frequent it was terrible. Maybe it’s the location that the hotel is near a hospital or major road that emergency crews have to drive. Friendly and welcoming English speaking front desk staff. We had them hold our luggage for the day before check in and they brought it up to our room without us asking which was nice. The onsen is small but clean. Location is walking distance from Sendai station. First impression was good but due to no sleep will not recommend or stay again.

I loved how friendly the staff was. I was worried about the language barrier between English and Japanese and it was super easy! Hotel parking worked out great & our hotel room was perfect!

Great location within an easy 10-15 minute walk to Sendai station. Modern and luxurious feel hotel with nice Onsen. Slightly noisy as you could hear the road crossing beeping all night.

Great place to stay
Very nice and clean hotel. Just a couple minute walk to downtown Sendai and the train. They offer parking at a discounted rate. It was also very helpful that some of the staff spoke English. The best hotel we have stayed in Sendai so far!
