Everything was great until they charged me and 89 pound early check in fee which I was never aware of then at check out they said they took it off the bill then I got charged

Check in for this property was at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on the same street. I parked in their car park for 10 minutes to check in. For this I received a parking fine, which unbelievably has been upheld despite my providing the details of my reservation and their own record of my being in the car ...

W6 Hotel Hammersmith
Very lacking in cutlery and crockery which as we were only staying one night wasn’t a problem, however if you were staying longer it could be. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
