We were there for our honeymoon and Nadya with the front office took care of us so well. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. We didn’t even know we had a butler! The outdoor bathrooms can attract mosquitoes, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Location:- Away from the busy areas of Kuta so it was ideal location. Beach only 5-7 min walk away. Convience stores within close proximity. Villa itself was lovely. Starting to show its age. Broken tiles leading up to the pool and a good paint job will have this place looking amazing. Breakfast was nice each morning having a chef prepare the selection from the order the night before. Always arrived promptly. Adi, Paul & Tika were always friendly and genuinely cared about our day. Room itself was spacious and clean. Fresh towels every day and a nice turn down service in the evening. Aircon was working nicely and a nice ceiling fan to circulate the air. Laundy facilities around the corner was great too. Drop it off & pick up same day express service. Swimming pool was HUGE and was cleaned every day. Ensconced in our private courtyard villa with our own plunge pool our quiet secluded villa offered seemingly endless time and space to kick back and unwind. Our tropical paradise attracted beautiful butterflies, exotic birds and dramatic dragonflies, as well as cute gekkos (who helped manage the mosquitoes). Our fabulous resort team were quite amazing; Kriss, Harry and Tika dropped in every morning to cook our delicious breakfast and service our apartment. They were so friendly, informative and attentive, we could not have been better looked after. Other staff popped in every day to tidy up and clean the pool and make sure that the bedroom was air-conditioned for the evening. The reception staff were there 24/7 and I had the best Balinese massage at the resort's spa.
