Everyone was so sweet and always happy to help. The Villa was beautiful and a great location. The best Bintang in Bali is only a short walk away. It is down a long alley so it feels secluded and private even though it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had room service the last night and it was delicious and very inexpensive. An amazing value. The stay was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful. When we were leaving (430am) our villa to fly home the booked driver didn't show. The gentleman on duty tried his best to get in contact and when he couldn't arranged an alternative that got us to the airport in plenty of time. Whenever we wanted to be dropped off in the area for dinner not a problem just had to get a taxi back. Free push bikes were great for going down to the beach walk for coffee or dinner, staff never came into the villa unless asked or until we left for the day to clean, very courteous. Close to lovely restaurants and shopping, all walking distance. Only problem was no one replied to our email to them for pick up at the airport and we had to catch a cab and was very expensive. It was marketed as luxury and I’d have been happy if it cost half the price. Breakfast is made somewhere offsite and no coffee included.
