We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points in the rooms didnt work either. Other than a little make over overall, the Villas are great!

近くに飲食店が多く、とても便利。 設備は少し古い印象があるが清掃がこまめに行き届いていて綺麗に保ってくれている。 ただ初日に目の前のヴィラが貸切イベントをやっていて24:00まで大音量で音楽が鳴っていて眠れなかった。このヴィラが悪いのではないけども…。 スタッフはとても親切でサービスがとても良いです。

Very relaxing escape

Nice relaxing stay, with dedicated villa staff to cook meals, excellent service. The pool and garden were excellent, but perhaps opt for the pool fence if you have little ones, pool was deep for small kids. Local area had some good places to eat and plenty of good massage/spa options. The villa could do with some maintenance, with typical SE Asia bad plumbing smell in main BR ensuite, clogged nozzles in rain shower and walls needing a bit of painting.

Nice if you are a backpacker, but TOO expensive.

We booked out accomodation through Hotels.com online. What we saw through the booking site and what was delivered was two different things. Online, the place looks like a luxurious villa type hotel. When you check in, it is like something out of the 1970's that has not been maintained. Our 1 bedroome private accomodation, ended up been a shared room in a 5 bedroom villa with other guests. It felt like walking into a backpackers hostel. We where VERY disappointed and checked out straight away.

Great Villa for seminyak/balig beach area

Eden the residence at the sea was truly a superb villa; even for couples looking for a shared villa. We went as a couple and shared an accommodation with other couples. Everything was as advertised regarding amendities. The staff always went above and beyond to help and assist in anyway possible. Location wise, you can walk to the nicer venues such as potatohead and the W which are right on the beach within 5 to 10 minutew depending on hoq fast you walk. You can also walk down the main street and find decently priced food, as well as health food and vegetarian options. There was only one issue I had (my fiancee didnt care) with the Villa was not the fault of the villa at all, but the other resort/villas across the street and down the road. We had a few days during our 11 day stay where they had massive parties/wedding events that started at 1800 and sometimes ended at 0200 or later the next morning. With that fact came very very heavy bass and music and they would also include a significant fireworks show (which we could see from our balcony so it was nice in that respect). So if you were looking to sleep early in seminyak its probably going to be a bit noisy if there is an event going on, other than that though it was very quiet and peaceful. I rate it 5/5

Private pool / ambience excellent

Mostly good but mosquitoes an issue. Staff lit mosquito coils in lounge area in evenings but not in bedrooms. Kids were bitten alive at night despite me spraying insect repellant. Staff offered electric mosquito repellant on Day 4 after i mentioned problem. Would have appreciated this on Day 1.... Also Dengue mosquitoes active day and nite, so maybe revise their mosquito repellant actions to 24hr, not just evenings.

Exceptional Experience at Eden

I'm blown away by the Eden - the luxury villas have been designed beautifully, inside and out. As well as the gorgeous pool on the lower floor, there is a rooftop tub and BBQ area with amazing views and a feel of tranquility. The staff are incredible and really take care of you, we had a last minute dinner prepared for 10 of us with the chef cooking in our kitchen, at a cost of around $7 AUD per person. The value for money is unbeatable, the rooms are lush, and the villa as a whole is just picturesque. You cannot go wrong at the Eden Residence.

Wanted to stay forever!

The staff had a mix up with our booking. But after some moments upgraded us and made us feel completely at home. Genuine, kind staff with a relaxing atmosphere...not far from restaurants ( short taxi) and a short walk to the beach! Will be going back for sure! Thank you Eden!

Beautiful and relaxing villa, with amazing staff

We stayed at Eden in early March, in their Narada villa. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible - welcoming us warmly with ice cold coconut water, making sure we got quickly settled and checking in regularly to make sure everything was ok / offer to help in anyway. The villa and grounds were stunning, especially the private pool, and although the building could do with a refresh of paint the staff kept everything else in immaculate condition. You're also close enough to the beach and a short taxi ride / walk to the shops, yet away in your own quiet little space - perfect for relaxing. Thanks to the team at Eden for making our stay so enjoyable!

The best villa ever!!

We had a fabulous time at Eden. We were so well taken care of by the staff and spoilt by them each day. The villa is large and spacious and the private pool is a cool place to hangout and play a game of ball. The terrace is really nice and breezy with a breathtaking view. We will definitely come back. Great Villa with good location and service.

The Villa was well maintained and in a good location since it was close enough to the main areas of Seminyak but far enough to feel secluded and relaxed. Outdoor patio seating is perfect for large groups.

3ベッドルームに5名で5泊しました。 ホテルの入口やレセプションは小さいのですが、お部屋は広くてオシャレ、プールも大きくて深さもあり充分泳げます。 床など傷みのある部分も見えますが、毎日朝から昼過ぎまでお掃除をしてくれて、プールも1日に何回も落ち葉を拾いに来てくれます。夕方には蚊取りスプレーや、タオルが足りなくなっていないかチェックしてくれます。 テーブルなどの拭き掃除も毎日してくれますので、いつでも清潔に保たれています。 リビングの大きなソファーは、奥行きがあり、まるでベッドのようです。 ソファで4名同時にマッサージができる大きさです。 朝食も細かいリクエストに応じてくれて、指定した時間に部屋で調理してくれます。 （例えば、ドラゴンフルーツとマンゴー、シーザーサラダ、ヨーグルト、目玉焼き、トースト、チャーハンなどいろいろな種類を同時にオーダーできます。シーザーサラダはおすすめです！） ビールをケースで買ってきてもらうこともできます。買い出しには材料費＋手数料が必要でした。 マッサージも徒歩３分にあり、そちらの方が安いですが、部屋で受けても充分に安いです。 車のチャーターもすぐに手配してくれます。 ホテルにはレストランがありませんが、徒歩圏内に美味しいレストランがあります。 人気の「モザイク ビーチクラブ 」も歩いてすぐです。 毎晩大勢の人で賑わっている「LA LAGUNA 」は、ホテルからビーチを抜けて行くと５分の距離です。 いつも行列の美味しいスペアリブ店「Naughty Nuri’s Warung 」も徒歩圏。 スミニャックのショッピング通りにもタクシーで15分で行けますので便利です。 毎日可愛い笑顔でお掃除をしてくれたダナちゃん、日本をを勉強しているケティ、レイトチェックアウトを交渉してくれたムスタファさん。スタッフもフレンドリーで優しくて、また泊まりたいホテルです。

We took the 5 bedroom villa. Each room was really large with huge bathrooms. Although not situated directly on the beach nor near the town the concept and design of the property was superb. Loved the pool. However the rooftop garden and rooftop jacuzzi should be kept cleaner. Overall superb stay. Staff cooked a rather lavish breakfast for our small group.

Lovely Villas in a quiet location

Generally this was a really lovely Villa. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The Villa looked exactly like the advertising which is rare. The inhouse meals were a little inconsistent though. Sometimes the meals were of an extremely high quality (better than many restuarants) but other times they were really not very good.

Great 5 bedroom Villa

We stayed in a five bedroom villa with ten people (five couples) and all of us had a great time! The staff is what makes this place excellent, there was nothing they couldn't do from organising alcohol and esky's to be delivered to the rooftop for the sunset to getting late night takeaway food to help feed us. Every morning we would wake up to traditional Indonesia breakfast, cooked fresh in our Villa. We would take on recommendations for day tours and restaurants as well. Great time had by all and would definitely visit again.

Designed to be luxurious, we really enjoyed the pool, garden, lounge, huge beds...not so happy about the seaview
