Hot tub for 6 people (and towels!). Hot tub area is gated for safety. There’s also string lights by the hot tub, but the best views are with the string lights off! Sedona is a dark sky community so there is no light pollution and the stars are bright and shiny!

Large outdoor games like cornhole, giant connect 4 and ladderball.

Enjoy watching all the animals and listening to the birds with the BEST views of BELL ROCK, CASTLE ROCK, COURTHOUSE BUTTE and others!

Our home is run by us! My husband and I purchased our rental as a vacation home. We use it frequently and we love sharing our home with others so you can create amazing family memories as we have!

We don't have a property management company, but we have you covered in an emergency! We have many local friends always willing to help. We live close by and our welcome book provides information on all the local services as well as places to eat, shop, and play!

The Fine Print

Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals only (no emotional support animals). No exceptions.

The garage is currently unavailable for use.

We have a tankless water heater. It heats on demand and takes about 60 seconds to warm up. Once it's hot, it's HOT!

We have a septic tank. Therefore, only septic-safe toilet paper and soaps can be used. We use Angelsoft TP and provide 4 rolls per bathroom for your stay. Please do not use any powder detergents, powder dishwasher soap or fabric softener. Dishwasher soap and laundry soap is provided for your stay.

The following household items are stocked by housekeping- Angelsoft toilet paper (4 rolls per bathroom), dish soap, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We try to keep basic things like baggies, foil, etc. in the house but we can’t guarantee them so please bring your own if you specifically need them. There is also a grocery store 5 min away (Clark’s Market). If you have any questions about what we have at the home please feel free to message us!

No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the house. Outside smoking/vaping is permitted. Please discard your cigarette leftovers safely. Do not throw them outside or in the trash cans.

Minimum age of primary renter is 21. The primary guest must be present at time of check in. The primary guest must submit identification verification prior to their stay.

Check in time is 4pm. Early check in may be available, please contact us.

Maximum guests limit of 8 adults total. Anyone over 18 is considered an adult as far as we are concerned. Bring as many kids as you want. :)

Security cameras in use. We use our cameras to monitor our home for security issues and to watch wildlife. We do not invade your privacy, we don't have that kind of time on our hands! :) All cameras point outwards of the house. Tampering, or destroying, covering, or disconnecting the cameras is not allowed. Any tampering with Wifi or outdoor cameras will result in immediate termination of guests reservations with no refund for unused days. Please do NOT push the reset button on the router. This will reset the entire network to default and anything connected to WiFi will no longer be connected. If you are having any internet issues please contact us immediately. Unplugging the router and plugging it back in is allowed if necessary.

There is NO street parking in our neighborhood. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

No Parties/events are allowed without prior consent from me (Veronica).

No check-in/out on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.

The hot tub is cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by a professional company. It is treated with bromine. No glass is allowed in the hot tub area. Please replace cover when not in use.

No fireworks and no shooting allowed within the neighborhood. If you want to go shooting, contact us and we can give you some recommendations on where to go.

If you set the children’s tent up, please take it down before you check out.

Our home is located in the Village of Oak Creek. It's a cute little village outside the heart of Sedona that has access to many hiking trails, local restaurants, bars, art galleries and so much more! We LOVE downtown Sedona but we LOVE the quietness (and less traffic) that the Village of Oak Creek provides. Our home is located in the Oak Creek Country club neighborhood.

Last but not least, we live next to the wilderness. You may see a wide array of animals. These animals include but are not limited to: Mountain Lions, bobcats, deer, javelina, snakes, turkeys, bats, spiders, stray dogs, tons of lizards, scorpions, so many birds, raccoon, bees, butterflies and others!

What is a Javalina? It’s an animal that kinda looks like a creepy pig but is actually the largest land rodent.

Will they hurt you? The ones in our neighborhood are very docile. You will likely encounter one on your stay in Sedona. They are scared of you and will run if you try to approach them. We have a three legged one in our neighborhood and she just had a baby so be on the look out!
