Sedona Dream Estate has been completely renovated and is a true dream! The home has been professionally decorated and no detail has been missed. You will find gorgeous finishes and local art to bring a true sense of Sedona. It is located in Uptown Sedona and is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and plenty of shopping, while being situated on a private loop with views of the Sedona red rocks in all directions. The home offers a spacious 3,520 square feet, five bedrooms, four and a half baths and plenty of space to accommodate larger groups of up to 18 guests. You will enter the home on the upper level through one of two doors and will be greeted by an open concept great room that holds the living room, dining area and kitchen — all with high-end flooring throughout. Living Room The living room has soaring vaulted ceilings to bring an open feel. You'll find modern furnishings including a large sectional sofa, a glass-bead and stacked stone gas fireplace, and a 75” HD Smart TV, DVD Player, Apple TV and Sonos. Multiple windows bring in the natural light, accompanied by the red rock views. There are two exits doors leading to two large upper decks and one middle level deck that overlook the red rocks. Kitchen The kitchen has been completely updated and fully stocked, and includes new stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove top and double ovens, granite counters and seating at the convenient kitchen bar. Kitchen appliances also include a rice cooker. Dining area The grand dining area is spacious and offers seating for fourteen. Additional seating for five at the kitchen bar, as well as outdoor dining for twelve. There is also a work desk in this space for those you may need to catch up on some work. Bedrooms Grand master suite (upper level) – Plush king size bed, 65” HD Smart TV, DVD Player, Apple TV and Sonos, spacious walk-in closet, large picture window and deck access. The private bathroom offers a large soaking tub, a separate marble shower and dual granite countertop vanities. Master 2 (upper level) — Plush king size bed, chaise lounge, a 55” HD Smart TV, and private access to a full shared bathroom with dual sinks and a marble tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 (upper level) — Two plush queen beds, 55” HD Smart TV, and full bath access. Step out the slider doors onto the front deck to enjoy the views and/or soak in the hot tub. There is also a half bath on this level. Perfect space to get away from the group or for those needing ground level entry. Outdoor Areas The outdoor spaces that surround the home are truly brilliant! All with breathtaking views, you'll find multiple balconies and an abundance of gardens and local landscaping. In the front of the home is a tranquil water feature made with turquoise rocks, two Zen/yoga spaces, a putting green, walking paths, a chipping area to a putting green, all bounded by mature trees. There is also a private outdoor shower with a rain shower head and instant hot water. While in the back yard, you will find another putting green and chipping area, bocce ball court, Ping Pong Table, a life-size chess board (yes life-size!), corn hole, another yoga/meditation area and an outdoor propane BBQ grill. Gather around the large fire pit for some conversation, soak in the private hot tub, or relax in the many lounge chairs throughout the property while enjoying the soaring views. The house is located in close enough proximity to local shops and dining to walk, yet secluded enough to enjoy the serenity Sedona is known for. We enjoyed a short walk to the neighboring vrbo properties that housed our colleagues, making meetings a breeze. Situated in a community of residents, the neighborhood is pleasant and well kept. Most importantly the house was clean, attractive and provided amenities to ensure comfort . This home offers enough space for privacy while still allowing for comfortable gathering space. You can get a nice walk in to the restaurants/shops, or hop in your car for a minute or two drive. We enjoyed the amazing views from inside the house and also while in the hot tub after our morning hikes. Its location gave easy access to the city while feeling like you were away from it all. The views from our front porch were surreal! My nephews and nieces said it was like we were in the Cars movie. The deck with the fireplace and hot tub were perfect! Overall great for a large group. For a group of women, the bunk beds were less than ideal. We were often hot sleeping and could not control the thermostat to cool down. There were plenty of towels and dishes and overall the experience was positive. ##### Bryana C. We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had 9 ladies, and the layout was perfect for our group. We didn't realize the casita didn't have an entrance from inside the house, so two of the ladies had to go outside the house in order to access their bed, but it wasn't a hassle. We also wish the bedroom with two queen beds had an en suite bathroom, but we were able to share the bathroom down the hall with the second master bedroom just fine. Overall, this was such a wonderful retreat in the perfect location of Sedona! We loved it and would absolutely visit again! ##### Kelli G. Beautiful property, amazing beds, very clean. We were impressed with how quiet it was being that close to uptown. We had 8 ladies total for a relaxing girls trip and everyone had plenty of space to be alone or join together. We had an issue with my car battery the morning we were checking out and the cleaners went and got a jumper cable from their house just up the street. That was very kind and so much appreciated! It was a last minute booking and we didn't have a lot of choices so we ended up with something much larger than we needed. The property was nice and as advertised. My only complaint is the lighting outside was almost non-existent. I couldn't get the porch light to turn on. It was very dark coming up the stairs at night or trying to go out to the hot tub. Also, I would suggest turning the cover of the hut tub so when it's open it blocks the neighboring house as opposed to the lovely view of the mountains. Everything is well stocked except I believe they forgot the kitchen garbage bags, we did not find any replacements - we had to go and buy our own. The first night we were there, some kind of flies , I don’t know the name were all over the house outside and inside . One of my family member said maybe because it rained earlier that day and those flies only appear at night , but it was bothersome because there were a lot of them and they stick to your clothes, skin , table, counter, sofa and everywhere . The home have a magnificent view of the red rocks from the dining area, living room, deck and most of all the main bedroom , it was an amazing view that you would not mind staying home all day ! The teens and kids loved the giant chess board on the backyard . We enjoyed the crystal fire thing on the main bedroom deck (sorry I don’t know the name of it) and we made smores and everyone loved it ! The adults also had a wonderful experience using the hot tub - it helped my arthritis feel better too ! Overall we all had a wonderful time at the property ! And before our stay I had a lot of questions and they answered them in a timely manner .
