« Breakfast menu had variety. From the standard rice noodle options to toast, croissants. They even had dimsums. Overall breakfast choices was good. Food was nice. There were lots of dining options around the hotel. The newrest kfc closed late, so we were able to grab supper. »

Servings took to long, drinks didn’t arrive on time, items offered in the menu were not available, portions were too big, food quality is below 5 star hotels (although the price is as 5 star hotel), and the menu was very restricted at night. There were neither bicycles for kids nor kids chairs for the bikes. »

"Ce « resort » est typiquement un endroit de détente et de loisir proche de Singapour. Les citadins en quête de plage un peu plus authentiques que celles de la cité-état seront satisfaits à Desaru. Vaste piscine, belle plage de 7 km malheureusement affectée de forts courants lorsque j’y suis passé, végétation tropicale… La chambre - avec vue sur mer et sur le circuit de quad, heureusement très peu actif durant mon séjour - est vaste et confortable, malgré le sofa en bambou cassé et inutilisable. Bonne literie, douche spacieuse. Un séjour agréable dont nous nous souviendrons. "
