Beautiful year round home overlooking Sebec Lake. Meticulously maintained with great spaces both inside and out. Home has one bedroom and full bath on the main floor and two additional bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The basement has exceptionally tall ceilings and has a walk out patio door. Dock, kayaks, canoes and a fire pit. The deck is nice to hang out and enjoy the view. The walk down to the is little tricky but we had no issues. The water is crystal clear but is only few feet deep and rocky but we wore water shoes and didn't have a issue. The kayaks are nice and easy to use. We spent a lot of time just floating on blow up floats we would definitely stay again but we would suggest more tv options (we couldn't us our Netflix so reason) and the couch and chairs could be more comfortable ##### JOE P.
