Neat and clean, in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The owner, Jury, makes himself available to answer all questions. Five minutes to the Indian River Lagoon and Riverview Park where you can walk and talk to other snow-birds. Wonderful seafood restaurants on the Lagoon. Crab-e-Bill’s and Squid Lips are our favorites. From Captain Hiram’s you can take a tour boat out to look for dolphins or over to Pelican Island to see the birds roost at dusk. If you have the time, drive down to Vero Beach and visit the McKee Botanical Garden, the high point of our stay. I would definitely consider staying here next year. Alex ##### Alex G. The owners were super quick (immediate) to respond any time I had a question. The towels were soft, the water hot and the A/C good. The owners offered extras like microwave popcorn and a wide assortment of coffees and teas. The outside patio is perfect for coffee with morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening shade. The TVs are nice and big but only offer Roku and other programs from your own apps. It took us a bit, but we did find news stations from many cities. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Kay C.
