We welcome you to our Coastal Getaway home! Relax on the covered patio in our heated pool with custom outdoor lighting! This newly nautical themed home features a beautiful pool view dining room, kitchen, and lounge. The split floor plan is perfect for any multi-family arrangement while offering a quiet workspace lounge. The Master Suite features a King bed, tv, and private bath. The first guest bedroom features two twin beds perfectly decorated for children. The second spare bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. The spare bathroom is a combination tub and shower shared by both spare bedrooms.

We are taking extra precautions in our cleaning in keeping with the Covid guidelines. We have installed an Active Pure Air Scrubber removes or destroys up to 99% of all surface and airborne contaminants  
  
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:  
\-Cats are not allowed due to health hazards to the home owner.  
\-$100 per pet will need to be paid before check-in info and house access is granted. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.  
\-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.  
\-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.  
\-Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.  
\-House trained dog/no cats.  
\-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.  
\-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.  
\-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence  
\-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.  
\-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.  
\-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.  
\-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.   
\-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.  
\-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.  
\-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.  
\-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Family VacationWe had a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate, well-maintained and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The check-in process was quick and easy. Perfect location. We have rented a few times through VRBO and this has been by far the best experience. Check-in was easy, kitchen was stocked full with cooking essentials that were all clean and organized, and the WiFi never gave us any problems. This house was so family friendly and that made our toddler feel like she was at home. They have games, toys, and plenty of pool items which made the stay even better. I absolutely cannot express how amazing the communication was when something came up that was completely out of anyone’s control. Joe was on top of the problem and could not have handled the situation any better. Our family is definitely planning to come back next year!

The house was clean and easy to check into. The pool was amazing! Close by everything too, Publix is only a few minutes away. Eddie was very helpful and always available! Will book again.

#### Wonderful, clean and all around easy!

You definitely need a car BUT you really don’t need to leave! The pool was warm and clean and enough pool toys and towels! House was super clean. There were books and crayons and tons of stuff for little kids (ours is 3) and stuff for dogs (which we don’t currently have) there was tons of space and Eddie the property manager was super easy to get a hold of before during and after the trip. Felt safe in the neighborhood as well! Would definitely stay again!

#### Clean, comfortable, convenient home!

Fantastic house in a location close to the beach, grocery store and Vero. We stayed with our two boys and small dog and everyone was comfortable and happy! Lots of little extras like snacks, candy, coffee, etc. We’d definitely stay here again!

#### Very impressed with the host and location

This is the house we were supposed to stay at but they had some minor damage so they put us in another of their properties. The house we stayed at was “Tropical Getaway” it was a few miles further away from where our family lives but was amazing! The host was quick to answer any questions we had and we could not have asked for a better experience! The house was equipped with baby items so it was great to have a high chair and toys for our grandbaby to play with!

This is our second time at this house and the 4th time staying in Sebastian. Eddie is a great host! The home is always super clean and there is everything we need for a stress free time. Love the pool and relaxing on the screened patio. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed the heated pool, the rooms were neat and clean, everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and baths. We had a minor water leak behind the fridge and Eddie Nero our property manager responded quickly and the repairs were made super fast! The best customer service! We will be sure to book again.

#### Fall getaway

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for our kids' Fall Break. The house was gorgeous, and so accommodating. Every corner of the house was clean, well stocked, and orderly--and we felt at home instantly. We loved the pool, and grilling out as we lounged in the comfort of the backyard oasis. The garage was super convenient for storage of our belongings. We left, already planning our next return trip.
