It did everything it was supposed to. A roof and generally a safe area I believe. Breakfast was really a snack (banana, cereal, yogurt and some bagels). This was my budget option and I'm not disappointed. I'd probably use this hotel again. The staff were pleasant and nice to us. Definitely middle of the road hotel in terms of amenities.

Our bill was horribly messed up and took several trips to the desk, even at checkout to fix. No ice bucket in room. Room was fairly clean. Had to switch to handicap room with only one bed. Later to be told at checkout that a 2 bed had been available. Going in and out of a room door with nothing to hold it open made getting in and out tough. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Bed was very comfortable.

Not sure what was going on man, but my bed gave me the itches all night long the next day I was out doing business all day. I felt fine. Got home to the hotel went back to bed same problem. Don’t know if it was the soap didn’t see any bugs. Hope not.

The hotel is nice and modern. The breakfast was alright but could use some more protein options. They had hard-boiled eggs, bagels with optional toppings, cereals, yogurts, juices, and I believe a few more things like muffins and oatmeal stuff, etc. I was hoping for some type of meat for us carnivore-focused meals. Thanks for the nice stay, though, and enjoy the breakfast options!

When I got to the hotel I was told that they only had 1 bed rooms open. I had booked a 2 queen bed room. I had called earlier in the week to confirm my room was good and told it was. Then when I was told that I’d get a discount no one could tell me after asking twice in one day. At check out they still couldn’t tell me what my discount was going to be. Waiting to see if this discount is still going to happen.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good— especially liked the yogurt machine with ‘granola ‘ & craisins. Enjoyed being able to walk up & down the open stairs from 2nd floor for breakfast and coming & going. Location was great for me to visit a friend who lives in Kent. I did find the keyed entry to the breakfast area rather in convenient.

I will not be staying at this hotel again. During check-in, a young middle eastern female staff member asked me whether my hair was real. I found that question to be inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Personal questions about a guest’s appearance should not be part of the check-in experience. The interaction made me uncomfortable and negatively affected my impression of the hotel. I expect hotel staff to treat guests with courtesy and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again. Also there are. No microwaves in the rooms. The microwave is in the lobby for use.

The staff was nice. However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again.

Spacious room - one of the largest I’ve stayed in. Only downside is the outlet placement: just one socket near the bed, and none near the bathroom, which made charging devices and using a hairdryer inconvenient. Walls also offer little sound insulation, so outside noise (street/traffic) was noticeable.
