  • This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, queen size bedroom, a sofa bed (pull out for a full size bed) in the living area. The unit is on the quiet side of the seven floors building. Sliding door leads out to the private building court yard for relax. And the passing swift while not noisy monorail train passing in front of the yard during the daytime is another eye opener. The rooftop has seating for the spectacular Space Needle view and shared BBQ grill. There is a shared gym and meeting room accessed from the lobby.
