« Clean, modern, cozy 2 bedroom. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms and living room each have a separately controlled wall unit for heat/ac so great for temp control. Pulled up next to front door to drop luggage off and parking available close by on the two streets on either side of the short block where house is located. Since it was January the area was quiet but appears it would be a less trafficked street even in the more busy summer season. Small open yard out front...

« Great property and location one block away from the beach with plenty of bedrooms. Exactly as described fully equipped with two beach umbrellas and around 8 beach chairs and badges along with a wagon for easy transport. Clean and new looking building and was very easy to get in and communicate. Loved the short walks to the beach and ice cream shop downstairs. Very well kept and maintained and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. »

« This was one of the best, maybe THE best house we've rented in the area. It was definitely the cleanest. Everything is new or nearly new, beds are comfortable and the pillows are high quality. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some pretty elborate meals during our stay over Christmas.The host Michael was incredibly responsive, though we really had no issues that needed to be addressed during our stay. « We were very happy with the spaciousness of the home. We had 15 people and it didn't feel like it, Between the 5 bedrooms, game room and the huge outdoor area we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I gave the location 4 stars because we only wished it was closer to the beach. But for those who don't mind not being near the beach it's a nice, clean, quiet area. Thank you Carey for the great stay! »

« Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Mattresses were a little firm but worked fine for our short stay. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future! Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and plenty of space for hanging out. »

« Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information.
