The communication with the property manager was much appreciated and the home we stayed in was comfortable with everyone having their own bedrooms. They sent me an additional rental agreement to sign the night before the reservation started when I reached out to ask about arrival instructions. Then, when I started asking questions about the additional agreement, they told me to cancel the reservation.
