About this property

Ocean Block, Onsite Parking, Central AC, 4 Beach Passes, 5 Mins Walk to Beach

  • Welcome to Happy Blue! One man's vision and hard work are all it takes to bring this 1940 cottage back to life. No stone is left unturned. Not even an inch space is wasted.

    This cheerful cottage has three bedrooms and two full baths. It locates in a quiet neighborhood. We provide liens and towels to make sure you will have a stress free vacation. Two parking spots on the premises and 4 beach passes are included in the rental.

    No parties, no drugs, must be 25 or older to rent and stay.

    The first floor has two bedrooms, each has a queen bed. Eat in kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The full bathroom has a tub which will be easy to wash little kids at the end of beach day. The first floor sitting area has a sofa and 50 inch TV.

    The second floor bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds, a study desk and a large closet. The full bathroom has rain shower. The sitting area has a sofa and 65 inch TV.

    Please note that washer and dryer are only available from April to November. Grill is provided, guests are responsible to fill up the propane tank when it is out at the nearby gas station.
