The perfect home to return to year after year! ​​​​​​​Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this home offers a unique blend of privacy and accessibility, being just a half mile from the first of eight beautiful beach access points on the private island. Whether you are a family, or two families, friends, golf buddies, or attending an island wedding, this house is adored by all who stay! Guests enter through the Southern front porch into a spacious and inviting living area that radiates warmth and comfort, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. With a large Smart TV, new coastal furnishings, and a fireplace (aesthetic purpose), this open space flows to the kitchen area and dining area. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, featuring modern appliances (including a propane sink), center island with four counter stools, and ample counter space. A standard coffee maker and a Keurig are available for guest use. The dining area features a large dining table the seats eight and expands into a sunroom with comfy seating and a bar area - ideal for mixing an evening cocktail. A backdrop off lush natural greenery is set against the northwest wall, as a wall of windows leads to the deck area. Beautiful, clean, plenty of room for our 8 adult-ish family members. The screened-in porch was WONDERFUL! The included amenity cards were a huge bonus. The island has changed from physical amenity cards to electronic amenity cards. Just save yourself a little part of an hour to get the cards downloaded onto your phones before you arrive. But super easy to use once they’re there! The beach is not far away at all. It was .9 miles away. Throughout our stay we walked, biked and drove there. Wonderful stay overall! ##### Kelli M.
