The Space:

Settle into an easygoing Sea Ranch stay designed for families and small groups. The home sleeps 6 across three bedrooms plus a loft and includes two full bathrooms for simple routines. The main living area offers a comfortable place to gather, and a nearby kitchen and dining area make mealtimes straightforward. Step outside to fire up the outdoor BBQ grill, then relax in the hot tub after a day on the trails. A private washer and dryer add at-home convenience, and a DVD player is on hand for laid-back movie nights.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. RVs, trailers, or mobile homes are not permitted within The Sea Ranch.

• Stairs: The house has stairs. Please review photos and consider mobility needs.

• Connectivity: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal/mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable; speeds and reliability are not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: Guests have access to Sea Ranch’s three recreation centers with outdoor pools and other facilities; amenities and offerings vary by center and may change seasonally.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
