The Space:

Settle into a relaxed coastal stay in this 1-bedroom + loft, 1-bath home designed for easy living. The main living area offers an inviting place to unwind after days on the trails or at the beach, with simple comforts for movie nights and board games. A nearby full bathroom serves the common areas and the bedroom.

Head outside to enjoy the fresh ocean air, grill dinner, and gather on the outdoor seating. After a day exploring Sea Ranch, soak in the hot tub under the stars. When you’re ready to venture out, you’ll have access to Sea Ranch’s recreation centers with outdoor pools and tennis courts, plus miles of trails and multiple public beach access points.

• Loft Bedroom (upstairs): Twin trundle bed (2 twins), ideal for kids, sleeps up to 2

• Bathroom 1: Full hall bath near the living room



Important Things to Note

• Stairs: The home has stairs to the loft sleeping area (please see photos).

• Wi-Fi and cell service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Community amenities: Guest access is available to Sea Ranch recreation centers. Facility reservations for pool and tennis are required and can be made on the Sea Ranch Association website. Amenities vary by center and availability may change.

• Trails and beaches are open with multiple public access points throughout the community.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking, and there is no extra parking beyond what’s described.

• Vehicle restrictions: RVs, trailers, and mobile homes are not allowed in Sea Ranch.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:

Walk to the Ohlson Recreation Center for family swimming and tennis, or head down to Stengel Beach to explore dramatic rock formations and hunt for sea stars in the tide pools.
