It is a fantastic property with great ocean views in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and really well maintained and had most of the necessary items in stock. It would be very nice if the chairs on the deck were wiped down as they were full of spider webs and the trail around the house was mowed. Couldn't get one of the shower heads in the Master bedroom to work and the other took to long to figure out how to hard to get hot water. We often saw deer, turkeys, and bunnies. The house is very nice, but could be nicer if the property was maintained. Mowing and trimming have not been done in a while. There were plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses as well as needed appliances and cookware.
