"Upon entering, you could immediately tell the hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and had the basic amenities you expect from a hotel (towels, soap, shampoo, a safe, etc...) One feature I haven't seen often in hotels is a water fountain in the hallway to refill our water bottles. It was a filtered fountain, with options for cold or room temp water, so the water was clean. The location is great for visiting multiple parts of the city too. They even had wall safes in the lobby so we could store our luggage on our last day after checking out. We did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. However, they had some good eateries near by, including our favorite Gazela. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and it did not cost us much. Very reasonable price. I'll continue using this chain on future European visits."

"Clean rooms, comfortable beds (twin/single), European breakfast buffet had a varied selection of hot and cold options, tea, juice & java, and we enjoyed our complimentary bottle of wine in the lounge area. Close to the Sao Bento train station, Time Out Food court, walking distance to Riberia waterfront for river tours or tuk tuk tours. I would stay here again."

"Check in was easy. Room was ready by 9:15 am. Gorgeous and quaint boutique hotel. Very personal and gentle service. Bags were brought for us across the street to the Apartments. Room was a good size and there was fresh water every day. Shower area was large and very nice. Breakfast was in an elegant room with attentive and friendly service and delicious eggs Benedict and pancakes. Highly recommend. Would stay again for sure."
