The appearance inside the hotel just made you feel it wasn't clean. Not enough staff. Towels were old and need replaced. Food option was not good and there was a sign in breakfast area that said don't use toaster and microwave at the same time. Website said there was a restaurant..........it was closed. Staff was polite.

Quite disappointed in our stay. Toilet would not flush, had to kill spiders in room, sink not clean, hot water ran out after 2 minute shower, husband had to have a cold shower. However best part was front desk staff Friday. She was excellent.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel wasn't prepared for full booking Saturday to Sunday (a graduation was going on in town) and they ran out of everything for Continental breakfast so my wife didn't get anything. The rooms were clean and nice enough.

It was a little run down but it is clearly undergoing a change and in the process of being updated. The front desk staff was very cheerful and handled the mean lady that was yelling at 6am very professionally.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean but a mechanical mess. The hot and cold water in the shower was opposite. Hot was cold. Cold was hot. The vanity faucet leaked water onto the vanity top. One of the five casters on the desk chair was broken. The restaurant and bar were closed when we were there over a weekend. I’m surprised that Sheraton allows this as one of their hotel brands.

The property is not updated and not kept clean. Our toilet was running the entire time and eventually the handle broke off. A stranger was given key to our room. Would not stay here again and would not recommend for the price.

If it weren't for the gal at the desk we would have been angry. Minimal towels, an electrician's apocalypse, no hair dryer. The hotel was tired and in need of repairs.

This is a no-frills lodging facility, with the price driving the expectations. However, the bones from the original hotel are good, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. I will definitely stay for my next short trip to Scranton.

From start to finish this was a headache. Waited 20 minutes for the lady at the desk to check me in. After I waited patiently I was sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. I went back down to inform the desk. She apologized and assigned me a different room. I went up to another room that was a wreck. Came back down and was finally assigned a clean room but the tv didn’t work I went out and had a few drinks came back around 1am. A different girl at the desk very rudely greeted me by telling me I came in the wrong door. As if I wasn’t a paying guest. This place is crazy. There’s definitely something funny going on there. Poor management. The people that work there conduct themselves in a strange manner. I would never stay here again

There was some noise in the hallway on Friday night but it stopped by 10:00 PM. Some of the staff are very friendly. I like the location as it is convenient to places we visit in Scranton and the surrounding communities. I wish that the hotel had a Scranton Times newspaper available in the mornings for guests to read. The rooms are clean and everything was in working order. If the rates remain affordable, I will stay here again. Thank you.

The staff member on checkin was pleasant and efficient. The hotel is a little run down but for the price it’s good. Washer broken so there were no clean pool towels. We just selected not to swim. Located right across from to groceries, dollar tree, liquor, a few food laces. Fridge and microwave in the room. We were just staying for a night while travelling so it was perfect for that.

Community milk jug for breakfast
This was probably the grossest hotel I have stayed at in a while. There were stains on the bed skirt, the sheets were yellow, the bathroom door was off the hinges, the fridge smelled terrible. You all posted a lot of pictures that were not even real. the breakfast was not good. there were frozen waffles in a fridge and a gallon of milk for everyone to share. we were told there would be a breakfast and there were not even any jimmy dean croissants when the sign on the fridge clearly said there would be. Thats really nasty expecting strangers to be sharing the same milk carton in a hotel. You all need to seriously get with it, I'll never stay at another ANZ hotel and will for sure never recommend one.
