Our favorite things about this place are the rooftop deck, the quick trip to the beach, and the hosts communication. It is in a quiet neighborhood and our adult children love that the walk to the beach is safe for young ones as they are getting everyone and all the beach gear down and back to the beach each day. We found the common areas were enough to accommodate us all and bedrooms enough for everyone. With extra tables and chairs provided there was room for us all to eat together either in the living area or on the roof top deck (which we so enjoyed!) Jason was a great host, responding quickly to any questions and happy to help. Quick walk to the beach even for the toddlers and a quiet neighborhood. We were in Maine for the New England Parkinson's Bike Ride. We loved the home and the location. There were a few problems. The kitchen drawers holding the silverware and utensils were dirty with crumbs and dirt. Also most of the pots and pans were dirty and greasy and had to washed before we could use them. There were ants in the kitchen. The comforter on the bed in the downstairs bedroom was stained and the rug in that room was really dirty. There were no dishtowels for the kitchen. The bath towels and hand towels could have been a little better also. In spite of these deficiencies, we enjoyed our stay very much. ##### Susan C. Also the AC window units were not set-up for the season and we did not go with the exepectation that we'd need to haul them up from the basement ourselves. If it wasn't cool weather during our stay, we'd have been very uncomfortable, but luckily this was not the case. With some small tweaks and fixing-up, we'd definitely recommend this place as the property was in a good location, quiet neighborhood and we very much wanted to like the home.
