« Sehr schöne und helle Fewo mit umfangreicher Ausstattung! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG eines größeren Wohnkomplexes. Weit außerhalb der Stadtmitte aber mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle für den Bus ist nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ruhige Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Übergabe hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! »

« Comfortable and relaxing, sparkling clean with nice decoration and furniture. Great for kids. Quiet and easy to keep fresh in summer. Medium size apartement with small kitchen. The kitchen is not very practical but every other room is spacious with room for bags, presses etc... The mattress on the double bed is not of a high quality. Be aware that there is no washmachine and you need a car to go to the lounderette. If you have a car it's easy to park for free on the road. The area is fantastic...

« Moderne und schöne Inneneinrichtung, alles gut instand gehalten und sauber. Moderne Küchengeräte und genügende Ausstattung. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß zum Essen für zwei Personen. Kleines Manko: in den Fugen wächst einiges Unkraut. Der Balkon liegt bis zum Nachmittag im Schatten, was an heißen Sommertagen, wie wir sie hatten, sehr angenehm ist. Die FeWo liegt sehr nahe an der Zugstrecke nach Leipzig. Einerseits super, um schnell in die Stadt zu kommen, andererseits hat man vom frühen Morgen...
