Enter into your slice of Southern charm, where you'll find a sitting room and living room with ample seating on the first floor. In the morning, open the sliding glass door to the private patio and enjoy the sounds of the fountain streaming. At the end of the day, catch up in your new gathering spot as you wind down for the night in the living room, fitted with a flat screen television.

Whether you are dining out, or preparing a home cooked meal, take advantage of having a dedicated dining space for four Lucky guests. The galley style kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and dark espresso cabinetry.

Upstairs, guests will find their two private suites, each with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer a queen size bed, and a designated reading space for those rainy Savannah afternoons. This neighborhood is great. Within walking distance to everything that I needed on my trip. I had a conference at the Marriott and walked there every day. Then out at night to all restaurants and bars. Rarely had to crank my truck. The house was great. Very clean and comfortable.

Great Home in a great location

Beautiful historic row house within walking distance of the river and many great shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the private courtyard and the peaceful koi pond. Great spot to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot!

I spent a lot of time looking for the best location and this place was it! We were perfectly situated between nearly all of the restaurants and attractions we wanted to walk to. The home was very clean, spacious, and had a nice comfortable vibe. Although it was too cold to enjoy, the patio was a nice touch as well!

Absolutely charming historic home in Savannah literally one block from Bay and River streets. The property was clean and very comfortable with close parking. We really enjoyed our stay and upon returning to Savannah we’ll try and book this listing again!

The Ultimate Southern Charmer

This historic home was just as beautiful as the photos. The private backyard patio was a dream and the ornate charm of the home overall was amazing. The Lucky Savannah staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything. I also appreciated that they offered complimentary luggage storage at their office after checkout so we could continue to enjoy Savannah a while longer before we had to head to the airport. The location was hard to beat, very walkable and close to the river and downtown area. Lots of restaurants, shops, cafes, parks, etc. just a quick walk away! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Savannah!

Wonderful House and location

We absolutely loved the house. Really nice. Location could not have been better. We were walking distance from most places we wanted to visit. Loved the cute backyard with fountain and fish. The only complaint we have is really not the VRBO owners fault but there was a barking dog next door that kept us up most of the night.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed staying on Rainbow Row. It was a 5-15 minute walk to most places which made it very convenient. The free parking space was a plus! The house was spotless and very cozy. The beds were comfortable. The courtyard with the fish was so peaceful and quiet. I would stay there again.

Amazing Pond

This property had a great location. Close and within walking distance to most areas. The best part of our stay was relaxing out back with the koi. The fish were so much fun to hang out with and made a nice spot to have a glass of wine after walking all day to see the squares.

The property is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, historical sights & bars. NO need to rent a car. The place was clean & tidy. The queen beds were comfortable & it was nice to have ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom. The pillows were basic & could have been more plush. Our only complaint was the kitchen albeit small, very was poorly equipped with dull knives, no salt & pepper, no olive oil, no basic spices, no tin foil, no plastic wrap & no plastic bags. Only 1 hand towel,1 roll of paper towel & 1 garbage bag for us to use the 5 days we were there. The Koi pond water level was running very low during our stay & we needed an access code to download an app on the Roku but management company did not respond over the weekend days, just an automated text with an emergency number & when I used that number I did not get a response until Monday morning.

Great home in a wonderful location. We arrived after dark and had no issue finding the property or parking. Rental was clean and decorated nicely. The courtyard was our favorite part. We walked everywhere from the house, super convenient.

Beautiful Home on Rainbow Row

This home is in a perfect location! Close to River Street and all of the shops, restaurants, and historic buildings. Most places were an easy walk. Such a beautiful historic home. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The fact that we had a private parking space was so necessary as parking in Savannah can be tricky. We had a wonderful stay!

Great Location

Walking distance to everything if your in Ok 😊 shape. Great food close by. We would recommend Spankys for the chicken 🐔 fingers. 2 breweries 😊. I would suggest a good cleaning of the ceiling fans and an even better cleaning of the bathrooms.
